Subsequent work

  1. Route wiring harness.
  2. Connect vacuum line to turbocharger.
  3. Fit cable guide on the timing-case cover. Initial tightening 4 Nm (3 ft lb.) Final tightening +90° 
  4. Connect connector on the solenoid valve for the oil pump.
  5. Install drive belt. → 137819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE BELT
  6. Install intake manifold and pressure hose for turbocharger. → 214119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PRESSURE PIPE → WM 244619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING INTAKE-AIR DISTRIBUTOR
  7. Change back to service position. → 503809 LOOSENING AND SECURING LOCK CARRIER (SERVICE POSITION)
  8. Install pressure pipes at the top in front of the throttle valve.
  9. Connect the battery.
