Installing battery

→ Do not rub the battery with a dry cloth.

Information

Switch off all loads and remove the ignition key.

Do not disconnect the battery while the engine is running .
Disconnect and re-connect battery with extreme caution .

Installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
Tighten fastening screw for clamp support securing battery to the body. Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ft lb.)
Tighten fastening nuts on terminal clamps. Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ft lb.)
