Installing air-cleaner element for cylinder bank 2

Information 

• Always use an original air-cleaner element.
• The air cleaner housing must always be perfectly clean.
• Use (silicone-free) sliding compound for fitting the air guide hoses.
• Secure all hose connections with standard hose clamps.
• Always check the following when blowing out the air cleaner housing: To avoid malfunctions, cover critical air-supply components, such as air guide pipes, etc. with a clean cloth.
• Observe disposal regulations!

1. Position air-cleaner element -2-  in air cleaner housing -1-  .

2. Position and close cover -2-  on air cleaner housing.

3. Position air cleaner housing cover and tighten fastening screws -1-  . Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ft lb.)

4. Fit change-over valve -1-  on the holder in -direction of arrow -  .
