Installing circulating pump for auxiliary heater

  1. Position circulating pump -2-  on holder and tighten screws -1-  to the prescribed tightening torque.

  2. Secure coolant hoses.

    1. 2.1. Push coolant hoses -2-  and -4-  as far as they will go over the adapters.

      Tighten spring band clamps -1-  and -3-  using assembly pliers Nr.72 Pos.1  .

    2. 2.2. Hose clamp 3094  must then be removed from the coolant hoses -2-  and -4-  .
  3. Connect electric plug connection -1-  to the circulating pump -2-  until it engages securely.
