WM 449503 Suspension alignment, complete: Information: Prerequisites

Perform suspension alignment using an electronic wheel-alignment analyzer. Measurement procedures are described in the operating instructions for the wheel-alignment analyzer used.

Empty weight of vehicle according to DIN 70020, i.e. vehicle in ready-to-drive condition with full fuel tank and including tools but without driver or additional weights.

The tread depth on one axle must not differ by more than 2 mm.
Tyre pressure in accordance with specifications
Strictly comply with maintenance intervals for measuring equipment and measuring platform.
Perform suspension alignment only in the sequence specified in the service information.
