Removing control unit for Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM)

NOTE: Voltage peaks

Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit

→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

The TPM control unit is located on the rear axle on the left anti-roll-bar mount.

The antenna is integrated in the TPM control unit. For more information, see → 4X00IN GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE TYRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM (TPM) .

Disconnect electric line at the holder -1- .
Release and disconnect connector -2- .
Unclip TPM control unit with holder -4- on the back of the holder -3- and disconnect it.

Take TPM control unit -1- out of the holder -2- .
