Information on tyre sealing compound

The use-by date of the tyre sealing compound must be checked every 2 years.

If the tyre sealing compound is out of date (or will be out of date by the next maintenance event), the tyre sealing compound must be replaced.

The expiry date can be found on the packaging of the tyre sealing compound/sealant set.

The Driver's Manual for the vehicle describes its use in detail (sealing of tyre in the event of minor slashing damage). The tyre sealing compound/sealant set is also supplied with instructions.

The tyre sealing compound is extremely flammable and hazardous to health. Warnings to this effect are printed on the bottle and given in the Driver's Manual.
