Installing light bulb igniter

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!
- Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work .
- Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation .
- Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts .
- Check the condition of the seal -1- and check that it is fitted correctly on the light bulb igniter -2- .
- Connect electric plug connections -3-
on the light bulb igniter until they engage securely.
- Carefully insert light bulb igniter -1- into the headlight.
- Tighten fastening screws -2- . Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ft. lb.)
