Checking vehicle identification number for conformity

Information
- The sticker for the on-board literature is included with the vehicle registration documents and can be found in the glove compartment.
Check that the following vehicle identification numbers are identical. Then stick the vehicle data carrier sticker supplied with the vehicle in the on-board literature (Warranty and Maintenance booklet).
- Vehicle identification number on lower left of the windscreen.
- Vehicle identification number stamped on the body shell in the front right footwell.
- Vehicle identification number on the vehicle data carrier sticker.
- Vehicle identification number in the vehicle registration documents.
