Installing transfer gear

Install transfer gear with vibration balancer.
1. 1.1. Check splines on the transfer gear and apply grease all around it if necessary.
2. 1.2. Replace screws.
3. 1.3. Fit transfer gear and tighten screws hand-tight.
4. 1.4. Tighten screws in the sequence -1-5- to Initial tightening 50 Nm (37 ft. lb.) Final tightening +90° until secure.

Connect electric connector -1- to the control unit.

If the transfer gear is replaced, new software must be installed.
