Subsequent work

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2016 Porsche Macan and 2015 Porsche Macan. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install wire harness. → 381819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WIRE HARNESS 
  2. Install ATF pump. → 385619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ATF PUMP 
  3. Install Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK). → 304919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK)
  4. Install flywheel. → 136019 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING FLYWHEEL
  5. Fill oil for all-wheel final drive (transmission oil). → 399035 CHECKING AND TOPPING UP OIL FOR ALL-WHEEL FINAL DRIVE (TRANSMISSION OIL) (INCLUDES CHANGING OIL)

    Information 

    The PIWIS Tester  instructions take precedence and in the event of a discrepancy these are the instructions that must be followed. Deviations may occur with later software versions.

  6. Calibrate sensor module using PIWIS Tester II 9818  .
    1. 6.1. PIWIS Tester II 9818  must be connected to the vehicle before starting the System Tester.
    2. 6.2. Switch on ignition.
    3. 6.3. Select the required vehicle type.
    4. 6.4. Select the Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) control unit and press >> to continue.
    5. 6.5. Select the Maintenance/repairs menu and press >> to confirm your selection.
    6. 6.6. Calibration after replacing sensor module (selector-lever position) must be selected. Then press [F8] to start the process.
    7. 6.7. The message "Calibration completed successfully" appears. Press [F12] to end the process.
    8. 6.8. Change terminals.
    9. 6.9. Wait 30 seconds.
    10. 6.10. Switch on the ignition.
