Removing ATF pan

WARNING:
Working with ATF
- Possible danger of injury or damage (e.g. swollen hoses, skin irritation, danger of slipping, etc.)
→ Before lines are opened, place a cloth underneath them!
→ Components that come into contact with ATF must be cleaned IMMEDIATELY with water!
→ Take appropriate protective measures (protective clothing, safety goggles, oil binding material)
→ Collect emerging ATF!

Danger of objects or loads falling down
- Risk of squashing or crushing
→ Secure components to prevent them from falling down.
WARNING:
Hot fluid
- Danger of scalding
→ Let the fluid cool down.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
NOTE:
Dirt and contamination
- Risk of damage to units or components
→ Protect components from dirt and contamination.
→ Clean or replace dirty components.
Information
- The engine must not be started if there is no ATF in the transmission.
- Risk of damage to the transmission.
