Assembling Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)

  1. Install sensor module. → 381919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SENSOR MODULE
  2. Install wire harness in transmission. → WM 381819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WIRE HARNESS
  3. Install sealing ring (double sealing ring).
  4. Install ATF pump. → 385619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ATF PUMP
  5. Install control mechanism for transmission. → 387719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONTROL MECHANISM FOR TRANSMISSION
  6. Install ATF pan. → 375519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ATF PAN .
  7. Install drive shaft bearing (cover). → 380919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE SHAFT BEARING
  8. Install sealing ring for Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) (cover). → 386955 REPLACING SEALING RING FOR PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK)
  9. Install Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK). → 304919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK)
  10. Install flywheel. → 136019 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING FLYWHEEL
  11. Install halfshaft flange. → 392519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING HALFSHAFT FLANGE
  12. Install ATF lines. → 386219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LINE FOR ATF COOLING
  13. Top up ATF. → 370255 CHANGING ATF
