Removing selector knob

Information

NOTE: No lateral forces must be applied to the pull rod of the selector knob.

Turn locking mechanism at the bottom of the shift lever boot 45 degrees in -direction of arrow A- and release selector knob by pulling it up in -direction of arrow B- .

Pull selector knob -2- up slightly, position assembly wedge on selector knob cover -1- and -3- and unclip carefully.
