Installing adjustment fitting

- Engage adjustment fitting -1-
at the bottom -arrow A-
and fold it up towards the B-pillar -arrow B-
.
- Tighten fastening screw -2-
until secure Tightening torque 22 Nm (16 ft lb.)

Information
Always replace the fastening screws on the three-point seat belt. The micro-self-locking screws must not be treated (e.g. greased) or loosened and then screwed on again.
- Tightening fastening screw -1-
on sash guide cover at the adjustment fitting Tightening torque 50 Nm (37 ft lb.)

Information
Once the fastening screw has been tightened, the belt lug must level out on its own in a vertical position or in the relevant support direction.
