Removing covering frame for center console

Information 

• The number of fastening screws, fixing clips, plug connections, holders and trim panels can vary depending on equipment  .
• The illustrations for removing and installing the drive mechanism are shown only on one equipment variant and may differ from the actual equipment variant  .
• Some steps must be carried out automatically  .
• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle  .

1. Move front seats to the very front position.
2. Unclip covering frame -1-  in the upper area on the center console -2-  and guide it out.
3. Unclip covering frame -1-  at all fixing clips, pull apart slightly in the lower area and remove from center console -2-  .
4. Release electric plug connection -1-  for the 12 V socket and disconnect it.
5. Release and disconnect electric plug connections -2-  at the rear seat heating controls.
6. Release electric plug connection -3-  for KESSY antenna and disconnect it.
7. Remove covering frame -4-  .
