Installing rear left backrest

Incorrect handling of safety bolts
- Danger of injury
- Loss of torque
→ Always use new fastening screws and nuts following removal.
→ Observe specified tightening torques.
→ Carry out a visual inspection of all re-used parts.
- Guide rear left backrest -1-
into the mount on the body -2-

).
- Only for vehicles with heated seats: Connect electric plug connection between the rear seat and backrest.
- Guide rear left backrest -1- into the center mount -3- (- B-) .
- Install supporting bow -1-
and secure it Tightening torque 12 Nm (9 ft lb.)

Information
Always replace the fastening screws on the seat assembly after customer service and reworking.
Micro-self-locking or self-tapping screws must not be modified, greased or loosened and then screwed in again.
- Screw seat-belt buckle for middle seat to the body. Tightening torque 50 Nm (37 ft lb.)
