Removing rear door panel

The number of fastening screws, fixing clips, plug connections, holders and trim panels can vary depending on equipment.

Unclip cover -1- on door opener using a suitable tool.

Unscrew and remove fastening screws -1- on door panel.

Unclip door light or reflector -1- using a suitable tool and disconnect plug connection.

Unscrew and remove fastening screw -1 - at the bottom of the trim panel.

Guide door panel up out of the bracket and swivel it forward.
Disengage cable for door opener.

1. 6.1. Spread locking lugs outwards -A- .
2. 6.2. Remove cable by pulling it to the rear out of the guide -2- (-B- ).
3. 6.3. Swivel cable in direction of arrow until the driver at the front is free -C- .
4. 6.4. Remove driver from the door opener -D- .
Release and disconnect plug connection for wire harness at the door control unit.
