For vehicles with adaptive cruise control (ACC)/cruise control - I-no. 8T1/8T3/8T6:

If the instrument illumination brightness value is set to less than 13%, the activated adaptive cruise control (ACC)/cruise control system can be deactivated automatically for no apparent reason .
The yellow warning message "ACC/PAS not available - service required" appears in the instrument cluster.
The following fault codes may be entered :

Fault code in ACC control unit : C12096

Fault code in DME control unit : P1577
