Making Ground Connection Using A Rivet Nut

Drill a hole. → Diameter: 4 mm

Remove dirt and primer using an end brush end brush 9399/3.

Removing primer
Drill out the bore. → Diameter: 11 mm

De-burr the bore on both sides.
Fit and tighten blind rivet nut. → BLIND RIVET NUT 999.500.196.01 Pop rivet nut pliers - V.A.G 1765 C WE 1476

Tightening blind rivets
Screw on components using a countersunk screw.→ COUNTERSUNK SCREW 999.073.549.01
Tighten threaded joint to the specified torque. → Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ftlb.)
