Assembling front lid

Information 

• Check installation position of the guide plate  .
• Arrow on sealing surface must be pointing in the opposite direction to direction of travel  .

1. Assembly is performed in reverse order to disassembly.
2. Tighten rear rubber stop to Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)  .
3. Tighten guide plate to Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)  .
4. Tighten front stop to Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)  until secure.
5. Install guide piece.

   Installing guide piece 

   Information 

   • Carefully clean body in the installation area with isopropanol to remove any dirt  .
   • Always use a clean, lint-free cloth  .
   • The room and object temperature must be at least +15 °C  .
   • Humidity must be 50% +/-10%  .
   • The parts must have been bonded for at least 72 hours before washing the vehicle in a car wash  .
   1. 5.1. Clean installation area with isopropanol.
   2. 5.2. Clip in guide piece -1-  . -arrow- 
   3. 5.3. Pull off protective film -2-  . -arrow- 
   4. 5.4. Press on guide piece.
