Installing Roof

Apply structural adhesive and support adhesive (window adhesive).

Applying adhesive
1. 1.1. Evenly apply structural adhesive to the marked areas -A-.
  Working with body structural adhesive. Refer to WM 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE 000.043.206.30 or WM 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE PAH.071.781.00 ..

2. 1.2. Apply support adhesive (window adhesive) to the marked areas -C-.

Place roof on rear roof frame with the help of two people -arrow A- and swivel it in towards the front -arrow B-.

Information: Have this work carried out by an assistant whilst at the same time starting with the welding work

Cleaning roof

3.1. Remove most of the excess adhesive material with a plastic spatula or cloth.

3.2. Finish cleaning visible surfaces with a cloth soaked in cleaning solution.
