Preparing Rear Side Member For Installation

Fit in rear side member.
Prepare rear side member for bonding and blind rivets.
1. 2.1. Prepare for bonding in the area shown and drill out the holes for a blind rivet joint fully. Diameter: 6.5 mm

Prepare rear side member for bonding and welding.

3.1. Drill holes for plug welding in the marked areas -A- on the rear side member. → Diameter: 8.0 mm

Red	Plug-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding
