Subsequent Work For Body Repairs

- Release and remove vehicle from the straightening system.
- Clean joint areas and sheet metal flanges with a wire brush.
- Prime joint areas and sheet metal flanges with 2K primer.
- Restore standard seal with body sealant; Refer to WM 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE 000.043.206.30

Also seal the repair area carefully.
- Paint repair area and adjacent surfaces, if necessary.
- Restore standard underbody protection with underbody sealant; Refer to WM 5X00IN UNDERBODY PROTECTION
- Apply standard cavity preservation; Refer to WM 5X00IN CAVITY PRESERVATION . Also carefully apply cavity preservation to the repair area.
- Install removed accessories in the repair area.
