Preparing (Inner) Rear Wheel Housing For Installation: Notes

  1. Prepare (inner) rear wheel housing for bonding and welding.

  2. Prepare seat belt bracket for bonding and welding.
    1. 2.1. Drill holes for plug-welding in the marked areas -A-  using a drill bit with a diameter of → Diameter: 8.0 mm  .

      Green Resistance spot-welding + bonding
      Blue Bonding
      Red Plug-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding
      Orange Resistance spot-welding
