Removing Lumbar Support

  1. Release and disconnect electric plug connection for lumbar support adjustment motor -1-  and lumbar curvature motor -2-  (-a-  ).

    Unplugging connectors for motors 

  2. Drill out blind rivets -3-  using a suitable drill bit.

  3. Fold the lumbar support up -arrow A-  and press the retaining bars -4-  at the left and right together.

    Disengage retaining bars -4-  from the backrest frame -arrow B-  .

    Removing lumbar support 

  4. Remove the complete lumbar support from the backrest frame.
