Battery Trickle Charge

Information
- When working or carrying out tests on the vehicle or when the vehicle is in the workshop, a battery charger with a rated current of at least 40 A must be connected.
- As soon as the vehicle is unlocked, e.g. the vehicle is in the workshop or salesroom, it must be trickle charged with a battery charging device.
- Switch off battery charging device.
- Switch off ignition and remove remote control
- Switch off all loads (e.g. lights).
- Open protective cover on the positive terminal for jump-lead starting -+-

- Connect the positive cable to the positive terminal for jump-lead starting -+- , then to the positive terminal of the donor battery.
- Connect the negative cable to the negative terminal of the donor battery first, then to the ground point for jump-lead starting -.
- Set the charge current on the battery charger according to the battery capacity.
- Switch on battery charger.
