Installing Door Panel

  1. Visually examine the rubber supports to check that they are complete and are seated correctly.

  2. Secure cable for door opener.
    1. 2.1. Fit the driver -A-  .
    2. 2.2. Swivel in cable -B-  .
    3. 2.3. Guide clip for cable into the guide -2-  (-C-  ) until it engages securely.

  3. Install door panel.
    1. 3.1. Fit door panel and guide it down into the brackets -arrow-  .
    2. 3.2. Tighten fastening screws -1-  for the door panel to the specified tightening torque Tightening torque 7.5 Nm  until secure.
    3. 3.3. Install door warning light. → INSTALLING DOOR WARNING LIGHT
    4. 3.4. Close the storage compartment.

  4. Insert wire harness for door panel.
  5. Connect plug connection -A-  and lock it using the locking mechanism -a-  .
    1. 5.1. Check that the locking mechanism is fitted securely.
    2. 5.2. Connect plug connection -B-  until it engages securely.

  6. Install cover for door opener.
    1. 6.1. Pull up door opener -A-  .
    2. 6.2. Fit cover on door opener at the rear -B-  and clip it in by pushing it forward -C-  .
