Removing Rear Wheel Housing

Information 

Loosen connection points on one side only. Do not damage the sheet-metal panel underneath.

Information 

Make sure to leave an overlap of approx 20 mm on the wheel housing.

Information 

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.

1. Mark and make the required cut. → Distance: 20 mm 
   1. 1.1. Remove rear wheel housing.

2. Remove remaining pieces of rear wheel housing.
   1. 2.1. Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill; see Gr. 2.4; Workshop Equipment Manual Nr.129  .
