Removing Switch Console
CAUTION:
Voltage peaks
- Risk of damage to load or to the control unit
→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.
- Unscrew fastening screws -1-
.NOTE:
The switch console must be disengaged and engaged carefully.
Because of its design, pressure must not be exerted on just one side of the switch console during removal and installation.
The switch console must be unclipped and clipped in on the left and right side at the same time.
- Carefully disengage switch console -2-
from the centre console in an upward direction -a, b-
and pull it out under the flap on the DVD autochanger.

NOTE:Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!
- Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work .
- Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation .
- Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts .
NOTE: The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment. - Release electric plug connections -1-
