Installing Headlights

  1. Insert the headlight into the guide.

  2. Plug in connector -2-  on the headlight until it engages securely.

  3. Push on vent hose -1-  . Check that it is seated securely.

    Information 

    Always make sure that the headlight is locked at its end position. Locking the headlight at its first locking position is not sufficient and does not represent a correct functional state.

  4. Press off the first locking position on the spring support using an unlocking tool and push the headlight in as far as it will go. The locking lever is locked correctly if it is parallel to the rib on the spring support.
  5. Close the locking mechanism by turning the socket wrench until you reach the end position of the locking lever.
