Removing Charge-Air Cooler

  1. Loosen charge-air cooler.
    1. 1.1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-  .
    2. 1.2. Loosen screw-type clamp -arrow-  and pull pressure hose off the charge-air cooler.

  2. Remove charge-air cooler.
    1. 2.1. Loosen screw-type clamp -1-  and pull pressure hose off the charge-air cooler.
    2. 2.2. Unclip charge-air cooler using a screwdriver at the clip -arrow A-  .
    3. 2.3. Tilt charge-air cooler forward -arrow B-  .
    4. 2.4. Lift charge-air cooler out of the guides and remove by pulling it in direction of -arrow B-  .
