Removing A-Pillar

Remove wing bracket.
Information

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.
1. 1.1. Drill out spotwelds -A- using spotweld drill.
2. 1.2. Grind down welded seams -arrows- .

  Information
  
  Mark cuts X & Y in accordance with the new part. Make sure to leave an overlap of approx. 3 cm with respect to the body.
  
  Information
  
  Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.
Mark and make cuts. → Distance: 70 mm → Distance: 65 mm

Remove A-pillar.
Remove remaining piece of wing attachment strip.
Information

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.
