Installing Roof

Apply structural adhesive and support adhesive (window adhesive).

1. 1.1. Evenly apply structural adhesive to the marked areas -A- .
  Working with body structural adhesive → 5X00IN21 WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
  
  Structural adhesive;
2. 1.2. Apply support adhesive (window adhesive) to the marked areas -C- .
  Support adhesive;
Place roof on rear roof frame with the help of two people -arrow A- and swivel it in towards the front -arrow B- .

Information
- Have this work carried out by an assistant whilst at the same time starting with the welding work .

Clean surface of roof in the side panel area.

3.1. Remove most of the excess adhesive material with a plastic spatula or cloth.

3.2. Finish cleaning visible surfaces with a cloth soaked in cleaning solution.

Resistance spot-weld the front of the roof.
