Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.
- Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill;

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.
- 2.1. Mark and make cut.
- 2.2. Remove extension for front wheel housing -1-
. The remaining part -2-
stays in the vehicle.

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.
- Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill;

- 3.1. Drill out spotwelds -A- using spotweld drill, by drilling through two plate thicknesses.
- 3.2. Drill out spotwelds -B- through two plate thicknesses using a → Diameter: 6.5 mm drill bit.
- 3.3. Remove mounting.

- Mark and make a rough cut on the longitudinal member.

- Drill out spotwelds through two plate thicknesses using a → Diameter: 6.5 mm
drill bit.
- Heat the marked bonding areas.
- Remove front side member.
