Installing Anti-Roll Bar

- Do not raise the wheel suspension higher than the normal vehicle position (vehicle resting on wheels).
Information
The anti-roll bar must be positioned before tightening the fastening screws on the anti-roll-bar mount (= rear-axle support). Highest point on anti-roll bar arm to lower edge of longitudinal member, dimension -Z - .
Dimension -Z- . > Control value 96 mm .
Dimension Z-
This ensures that the position of the anti-roll bar in the support corresponds to the normal vehicle position.

Dimension X - lower edge of wing to centre of axle (shown as an example)
- All screws and bolts on the axle must be tightened in vehicle position. Vehicle position means: vehicle standing on its wheels, or the wheel suspension is raised with a universal vehicle lift. Dimension -X- , from lower edge of wing to centre of axle corresponds to vehicle position. For the current height values, please refer to the adjustment values for suspension alignment
- Visually inspect all parts.
- Replace self-locking nuts.
- Replace all expansion screws (screws fitted using torque angle tightening procedure).
- Use correct tightening torques and torque angle.
- Fit the anti-roll bar and insert the four fastening screws evenly in vehicle position and tighten hand-tight.
- Fit the fastening nuts for the anti-roll bar at the connecting links and tighten hand-tight.
- Tighten the fastening screws and fastening nuts for the anti-roll bar and connecting links to the specified tightening torques
