Assembly overview Part 3 - cooling system 

1. Coolant reservoir
2. Circulating pump
3. Shut-off valve for heat exchanger for heater
4. Hoses for heat exchanger for heater
5. Engine oil cooler
6. Coolant regulator housing
7. Adapter, for top cooler
8. Check valve, in coolant hose
9. Adapter, for bottom cooler

Replace O-rings and seals.

Pull plug-in couplings to check that they are seated securely

Tightening torques: 

M6 screws: > Tightening torque 10 Nm  (7.5 ftlb.)

M8 screws: > Tightening torque 20 Nm  (15 ftlb.)
