Installing Oil Tank

Information 

• O-rings must always be replaced. 
• O-rings must be coated lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep. 

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
   1. 1.1 Replace O-ring on the oil tank flange.
   2. 1.2 Replace all O-rings on the oil lines
   3. 1.3 Tighten screw securing oil tank to turbocharger to > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  .
   4. 1.4 Tighten screws securing oil lines to oil tank to > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  .
   5. 1.5 Tighten screw securing heat shield to oil tank to > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  .
