Preliminary Work

Information 

• The extent of disassembly depends on the scope of the planned repairs. 

1. Remove design cover for throttle valve. For details, see

   > 108319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE COVER (DESIGN COVER)

2. Remove cover from lock support. For details, see

   > WM 703919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR FRONT LOCK SUPPORT (EXCEPT PANAMERA EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA 4S SPORT EDITION, PANAMERA 4 EXECUTIVE)

3. Remove air box for throttle valve if necessary.

   > 243519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR BOX FOR THROTTLE HOUSING (INTAKE PORTS UPSTREAM OF THROTTLE VALVE)
