Camshaft Controller

  1. Camshaft controller, outlet (black plastic cover)
  2. Central screw→ Initial tightening: 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)  → Final tightening: +40° 
  3. Camshaft controller, intake
  4. Sealing ring/replace 
  5. Screw, M6 x 16→ Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
  6. Solenoid hydraulic valve for camshaft control (actuator)

Result: Cylinder bank: Camshaft:
1. Bank 1, cylinders 1-3 Outlet
2. Bank 1, cylinders 1-3 Intake
3. Bank 2, cylinders 4-6 Intake
4. Bank 2, cylinders 4-6 Outlet
