Assembly Overview - Balance Shaft

  1. Balance shaft
  2. Screw → Tightening torque: 60 Nm (44 ftlb.) 
  3. Balance weight on transmission side

    - Can only be fitted at one position on the balance shaft

  4. End plate
  5. Screw → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 
  6. Balance weight on pulley side

    - Can only be fitted at one position on the balance shaft

  7. Screw → Tightening torque: 60 Nm (44 ftlb.)
