  1. If a new control unit has to be installed, the values/coding must be read out using PIWIS Tester II 9818  before removing the "old" TPM control unit. → 443455 REPLACING TPM CONTROL UNIT .
  2. Raise the vehicle → 4X00IN LIFTING THE VEHICLE .
