Subsequent Work

Additional scope for turbo engines: 

1. Install pressure and suction hoses close to cylinder 1-4

   > 214119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PRESSURE PIPE

   Install intake pipe on the right (in direction of travel) at the bottom in front of the turbocharger.

   Install lower pressure pipe at the right (in direction of travel) between the charge-air cooler and turbocharger.

   Install pressure pipes at the top in front of the throttle valves.

   All vehicles: 

2. Install drive belt deflection roller.
3. Install drive belt

   > 137819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE BELT

4. Install air-cleaner cowl 

   > 242719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR-CLEANER COWL

5. Fill in coolant

   > 193817 DRAINING AND FILLING COOLANT (INCLUDES BLEEDING)

6. Install cooling fan housing

   > Refer to 192019 Removing and installing cooling fan housing (radiator frame) in the appropriate service information.  - section on "Installing"

   On vehicles with PDCC  , clip in the lines on the front-axle carrier.

7. Install cover for front underbody.

   > WM 519219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR FRONT UNDERBODY (PANAMERA, PANAMERA S, PANAMERA S EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA 4, PANAMERA 4S, PANAMERA 4 S EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA TURBO S)

8. Install front wheel housing liner at the right.

   > WM 505619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER (EXCEPT PANAMERA S EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA 4 S EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA TURBO EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA TURBO S, PANAMERA TURBO S EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA GTS, PANAMERA 4S SPORT EDITION, PANAMERA - section on "Installing"

9. Install front right wheel

   > WM 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL (EXCEPT PANAMERA GTS, PANAMERA TURBO S, PANAMERA PLATINUM ED., PANAMERA 4 PLATINUM ED.)

10. Connect the battery

    > WM 2X00IN WORK INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY (EXCEPT PANAMERA S EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA 4 S EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA GTS)
