Removing The Rear Spoiler Microswitch

Information 

When cutting the microswitch lines, make sure that there is enough length of cable left to join to the new lines.

1. Unscrew the fastening screw -1-  and remove the rear spoiler microswitch -2-  (-arrow A-  ).
2. Unclip the line bracket on the spoiler drive -arrow B-  and remove the fabric tape.

3. Cue the tie-wraps -1-  on the line brackets and remove the fabric tape in -area a-  .
4. Cut off the wire harness in -area b-  and expose the remaining lines in -area c-  .
