Disassembling Fuel Injector

  1. Disassemble the fuel injector.
    1. 1.1. Pull support ring -4-  , O-ring -3-  and spacer ring -2-  off the fuel injector -1-  .
    2. 1.2. Remove circlip -7-  and sealing washer at the top -5-  and bottom -6-  .
    3. 1.3. Carefully remove the combustion chamber seal -8-  by cutting the seal with a knife or widening it with a small screwdriver and then pulling it forward.
    4. 1.4. If the groove on the fuel injector is damaged, the fuel injector must be replaced.
