Checking Image Quality Of Surround View Camera

Check the surround view camera for line offsets through the image separating edge.

Slight line offsets can be detected through the image separating edge. Image quality sufficient, no recalibration necessary.

Line offsets through the image separating edge are so strong that the lines are no longer touching. Image quality insufficient, recalibration necessary.
If the image quality of the offsets is sufficient, check the parallel positioning of the lines.

If the image quality of the offsets and parallel positioning were evaluated as sufficient, calibration of the surround view camera is complete. If a criterion was evaluated as insufficient, calibration must be carried out again.
