Installing Fuel Line (High-Pressure)

Information 

• Observe cylinder-specific markings if high-pressure lines are to be reused. 
• High-pressure lines can always be reused. 
• Check the sealing cone of each high-pressure line for deformities and tears before installation. 
• The line bore must not be deformed, narrowed or damaged. 

1. Remove dirt from the sealing cone on the fuel collection pipe by suction.
2. Clean high-pressure lines and line heads with a cold-cleaning product and blow-dry with compressed air.
3. Coat the thread on the union nuts with fuel.
4. Install high-pressure lines.
