Assembly Overview - Coolant Pipes

- Replace O-rings and seals.
- Pull plug-in couplings to make sure they are seated securely.
- Tightening torques for M6 screws: 10 Nm
- Tightening torques for M8 screws: 20 Nm
- Upper coolant pipe on compressor
- Upper coolant pipe
- Coolant regulator with housing
- Coolant temperature sensor
- Front coolant pipe
- Retaining clip
- Coolant hose between front left coolant pipe and upper coolant pipe on compressor
- Return pipe for engine oil cooler
- Supply pipe for engine oil cooler
- Hose for charge-air cooling pump
- Front left coolant pipe
- Coolant hose between front coolant pipe and engine coolant pipe
- Lower coolant pipe on compressor
