Installing Battery Cross Member
- Carefully position the battery cross member on the high-voltage battery and electric HV battery heater.
- Secure the battery cross member by tightening fastening screws M8 x 20 -1-
and fastening screws M8 x 30 -2-
to → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
until secure.

Information
If the seal on the high-voltage battery cover was replaced, re-tighten fastening screws after about 10 minutes to compensate for settling behavior.
- Remove stoppers or adhesive tape from the cooling system connections -3- and push on cooling lines.
