Securing Lock Carrier

  1. Position the lock carrier.
    1. 1.1. Centre the lock carrier.
    2. 1.2. Set dimension -Z-  to → Adjustment value: 30 mm  .

    3. 1.3. Screw in a screw to secure the lock carrier on both sides.

      Securing lock carrier 

  2. Screw in the remaining fastening screws on the bumper and tighten all screws to → Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) +5 Nm (+3.5 ftlb.)-7.5 Nm (-5.5 ftlb.)  .

  3. Screw in fastening screws on the top of the lock carrier and tighten to the specified tightening torque.

  4. Plug in wire harness for front luggage compartment.

  5. Install upper air guide.
